Simply open the document and add your Name and phone and/or email
HBRMS will receive community service hours for working the concessions! You can simply jot it down and have it signed - the school will accept it in any format!

Typical practice duration and frequency - practices should take place at either HBR elementary or Big Rock Park
PreK - 30 min. max starting week of first game
K-1 - 45 min. max starting 1-2 weeks prior to first game
2-3, 4-6 - 1 hr. max starting 2-3 weeks prior to first game
Collecting Medical Treatment Authorization form from each player prior to the start of the first practice
Distributing team jerseys
Reading, understanding, and applying GAME DAY RULES.
Setting up or taking down equipment on assigned game days
