Fall Season Game Dates: Sept 14 to Oct 26 (no game 9/21 for Plowing Match!)
Hinckley-Big Rock Youth Soccer (HBRYSL) is a community focused youth soccer league, providing recreational soccer, & positive coaching and referee experiences to the HBR and surrounding local communities. We are a Big Rock Park Dist. program. All children ages 3 years - 5th grade are eligible to play.
The purpose of this league is to introduce and teach the basics of soccer, with the emphasis on sportsmanship, equal playing time, and most of all having FUN! We are NOT a travel league.
We urge parents to volunteer to help accommodate our growth! We NEED Coaches to make our season work. Please consider helping on your own child's team and setting your own practice schedule. HBRYSL does not set the practice times/locations, they are selected by our VOLUNTEER Coaches. Coaches who volunteer can choose Big Rock, HInckley, or Waterman practice locations to alleviate congestion on the practice fields during the limited daylight hours. All games are set by HBRYSL and will be at the Big Rock park.

We love our COACHES! We know that parents/caregivers have a lot on their plates, but we have some of the best Coaches around! To celebrate all their hard work and dedication they give to our league and your players, we are giving them a hand! Sign up to coach your own players team this year and get one player registration for FREE!! We give you the supplies, soccer drills/games, and you set your own teams practice schedule around your availability!
Welcome Big Rock Plowing Match Association as a Sponsor! We will not be holding any soccer games this year on 9/21 to avoid a conflict w/ the Children's Games. The Junior Fair now has two new soccer photography entries! Send in your pictures and we'll see you at the Plowing Match!

We have financial scholarships available for those in need, for whatever your reason may be. Big Rock Park District believes that extracurricular activities should be available to all children. Please email us directly if you think you may qualify for financial aid. hbryouthsoccer@gmail.com
HBRYSL Code of Conduct
HBRYSL is a non-profit Big Rock Park Dist program in service to youth. We strive to develop excellent teams of which the participants, schools, and surrounding communities can be proud. We strive to provide an outlet of healthful activity and training under our volunteer leadership in the atmosphere of your wholesome community participation. The league is dedicated to helping children become good and decent citizens through our emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.
HBRYSL is committed to providing a positive soccer experience. Every participant in HBRYSL—the players, coaches, board members, parent helpers, and referees— are volunteers. The fabric of an all-volunteer youth sports league is held together by good sportsmanship and the mutual respect of everyone involved. HBRYSL believes that every participant deserves to be treated with respect. To this end, the league has developed a Code of Conduct (linked here) for all of its members.
